Therapy is understood from a psychodynamic approach , as a journey from childhood to our days, and making conscious the patterns that we have inherited, and incorporated as a way of life, and that we drag in the form of a backpack and that prevents us from carrying out a better functioning of our life..

Gestalt Therapy consists of accompanying the patient so that they become aware and feel the vitality of wanting to self-fulfill and be in constant personal development and from techniques such as the empty chair, help to find this path.
